課題組長主要學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷: 上海復(fù)旦大學(xué),學(xué)士學(xué)位 加拿大麥吉爾大學(xué),獲博士學(xué)位 美國哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院,博士后 研究方向與進展: 從事線粒體和衰老的分子機制研究,利用蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的方法研究線粒體蛋白動態(tài)變化及其與衰老及相關(guān)疾病的關(guān)系。主要關(guān)注衰老和相關(guān)疾病中線粒體蛋白水平修飾(包括乙酰化、琥珀酰化和氧化等)對線粒體功能的調(diào)節(jié)和反向信號傳導(dǎo)的影響。現(xiàn)階段主要包括以下幾個課題方向: 1. 線粒體過氧化物介導(dǎo)的反向信號傳導(dǎo)與衰老和細胞死亡 2. 酮戊二酸脫氫酶特異性伴侶素蛋白的功能及其與疾病的關(guān)系 3. 線粒體-細胞器互作的蛋白網(wǎng)絡(luò) 4. 線粒體代謝與癌癥耐藥 代表論文: 1.
