張亮博士,,研究員,獨立PI,,博士生導(dǎo)師,。主要從事神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞和腦白質(zhì)相關(guān)研究,近年來以通訊/共同通訊作者身份在Neuron (2篇),、Developmental Cell (2篇),、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Nature Communications,、Cell Reports等學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文,并被Faculty1000,,Neuron,Nature Reviews Neuroscience,,科技日報等專業(yè)或大眾媒體推薦及評價,。獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金區(qū)域創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合基金重點項目,面上項目等資助,,并協(xié)助課題組博士研究生獲得省優(yōu)秀博士論文,,博士后創(chuàng)新人才計劃等榮譽(yù)和資助。

中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)腦白質(zhì)發(fā)育不良或腦白質(zhì)損傷是腦癱,、缺氧缺血性腦病及多發(fā)性硬化癥等神經(jīng)疾病的主要致病因素,。這個損傷過程涉及了神經(jīng)細(xì)胞發(fā)育與再生和細(xì)胞應(yīng)激等生物學(xué)機(jī)制。我們重點關(guān)注神經(jīng)發(fā)育和損傷再生過程中細(xì)胞可塑性的改變,,發(fā)現(xiàn)并理解在這些過程中的關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)基因及作用機(jī)制,,探索促進(jìn)腦白質(zhì)發(fā)育和損傷修復(fù)的策略,并試圖揭示腦白質(zhì)在腦功能和重大腦疾病中的功能和作用機(jī)制,。
