陳欣,,上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院松江研究院研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師,。圍繞機(jī)械敏感性離子通道調(diào)控腦腫瘤力學(xué)微環(huán)境的功能開展全方位研究,。主要研究成果以第一作者/共同通訊作者發(fā)表在Neuron 2018(2018-2019 Neuron最佳論文),,Neuron 2023(封面論文),J. Neurosci. 2015,,J. Transl. Med. 2023 等學(xué)術(shù)雜志,。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上等項(xiàng)目。課題組長(zhǎng)獲得了國家級(jí)和上海市的科研引才項(xiàng)目資助,可以保證科研課題的順利運(yùn)行?,F(xiàn)任中國神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)神經(jīng)腫瘤分會(huì),、中國抗癌協(xié)會(huì)肺癌整合防篩專業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國微循環(huán)學(xué)會(huì)神經(jīng)免疫專委會(huì)委員,,Frontiers in Immunology 客座編輯,。擔(dān)任國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊Advanced Science、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy等雜志審稿人,。

課題組關(guān)注腦腫瘤及其微環(huán)境細(xì)胞的機(jī)械特性,,并探究其中機(jī)械信號(hào)、電信號(hào)和生化信號(hào)的相互關(guān)聯(lián),;同時(shí)專注于以機(jī)械敏感性離子通道為精準(zhǔn)診療靶點(diǎn),,以期改善腦腫瘤異常的機(jī)械特性,達(dá)到緩解和治療病癥的目的,。主要研究方向?yàn)椋?/span>
1. 解析腦腫瘤干細(xì)胞的生物力學(xué)特性對(duì)其靜息態(tài)和激活態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換的影響,,以及對(duì)細(xì)胞生化特征的調(diào)控,并闡明機(jī)械敏感性離子通道在其中的作用,。
2. 研究機(jī)械敏感性離子通道對(duì)腦腫瘤微環(huán)境中神經(jīng)細(xì)胞與膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞機(jī)械特性的調(diào)節(jié)以及對(duì)其電活動(dòng)和生化通路的影響,,闡明它們?cè)谀X腫瘤發(fā)生和發(fā)展過程中的功能與機(jī)制。
3. 探索機(jī)械敏感性離子通道對(duì)神經(jīng)免疫系統(tǒng)機(jī)械特性的調(diào)節(jié),,關(guān)注相關(guān)生物力學(xué)過程對(duì)神經(jīng)腫瘤形成和發(fā)展的影響和機(jī)制,。
